Senior Party date and time
Tuesday, June 14:
6-8 PM: Class of 2022 Graduation at the UW Alaska Airline Arena*
9 PM: Bus check-in starts at LWHS*
Wednesday, June 15, 5:30 AM:
Students return from the Senior Party. Pickup will be at LWHS.
*Graduation starts at 6:00 pm at UW's Alaska Airlines Arena and lasts about an hour. There will be very limited opportunities for photos and interactions following the ceremony. LWHS PTSA's Senior Farewell (formerly Senior Salute) event on Friday, June 10 provides a better venue for pictures and congratulating your Senior. Purchasing Senior Party tickets
TICKET SALES CLOSED ON JUNE 1, 2022, AT 11:59 PM.
Scholarships or a payment plan is available to support Seniors who need financial assistance to purchase tickets. Please see Jodee Hull at the main office or email jhull@lwsd.org for more information before registering.
Please note: tickets are non-refundable!
Required forms for Senior Party attendance
All students must have a completed and signed Release Form and COVID Waiver on file in order to attend the Senior Party. Both of these must be signed by both student and parent, regardless of whether the student is 18 or not.
If your Senior has a life threatening allergy or medical condition, the Emergency Care Plan must be completed and returned.
Please email all completed, signed documents to LWseniorpartywaivers@hotmail.com or print them out and put them in the PTSA box in the school main office.
Bus Sign-Ups
The last day for bus signups was Fri, June 3.
Ticket purchase and completed Release Form and COVID Waiver are required before students can sign up for a bus.
