Entry Due Date: Monday, November 2nd 

For students participating, here is how to submit entries online: 

  • Follow each bullet statement under the Submission Requirements in the Rules of the Art category selected, especially dimensions; length, file size, word count 
  • Students will prepare their entry for online submission in the following file formats: Visual Arts (JPG/JPEG/PNG) - consider searching “How to Take a Good Photo of Artwork”; Photography (JPG/JPEG/PNG); Literature (PDF); DanceFilm (MP4 and AVI); Music Composition (MP3 and WAV/Notation - PDF); Student Entry Form (Spanish)
  • Student Entry Form needs to be completely filled out. Note: Student and Parent/Guardian signatures are not required. Give it a good Title, do not use the Theme as the title. Don’t forget the Details. Artist Statement: 100 words or less/make it meaningful. 
  • Email file and Entry Form to the Reflections Chair by end of day November 2nd
